Of course you get the few extremists that coordinate attacks, but overall that's a very tiny portion of their population.
They get their foot in the door, opening the door for more immigration, and start reproducing like cockroaches.
When numbers get big enough, you can start influencing elections and get your own people in charge. Once that happens, it's game over. Or you could be like NY and just put them right into office.
