delayed, but only temporarily. Yesterday's SC ruling opens the door for him to be deported anywhere, except his home country of El Salvador. Remember, he had a final order of removal to anywhere, except ES due to his lawyers getting him a withholding order. Now it looks like he's going to be deported to South Sudan, Africa. What do you think the likelihood he waves his objection to deportation home to ES now?
