If they want to help their "patients" plan for parenthood, they would work to get those who don't wish to be parents on contraception (and educate themon how to use the contracptive as needed):
* Progestin arm implant is 100% effective (and 100% covered by ACA, and reversible)
* Depo-Provera is 100% effective. (and 100% covered by ACA, and reversible)
* An IUD is close to 100% effective. (and 100% covered by ACA, and reversible)
* tubal ligation is 100% effective (and 100% covered by ACA, but not reversible)
* When taken correctly, the pill is over 99% effective at preventing pregnancy. (and 100% covered by ACA)
* Morning After Pill (ulipristal acetate) is 98% effective when taken within 24 hours of unprotected sex
