No.... it makes little to no sense. Prior to the modern era the idea of converting from a man to a women was impossible as the technology chemical and surgical was not possible.

So this type of abuse is nothing but unnecessary procedures done to satisfy those with mental illnesses.

With that said I do fully support any adult of age and who has the financial means to go ahead and do what ever the heck they so desire.

Just leave the Children alone until they are of the age of legal adult consent.
