-and the flunkies marveled at his stable genius

the trump lied that Iran was two weeks from having nuclear weapons
-and the lapdogs cheered his decisive "instincts"

the trump lied that we had totally obliterated targets
-and the toadies clapped like trained sea lions

the trump lied we had learned the lessons of regime change
-and the cultists wagged their heads in approval

the trump lied the bombing would be a one off and thats that
-and the aparatchiks swooned like school girls at
a 60s Beatles concert

the trump lied we had a cease fire that would end the war
- and the psychophants went wild
