...Mizzou's "easy" schedule, but on the other, they predict a 12th place finish (in this case). It's also a team that's consistently mentioned as one that most flourished in the portal again this year. More depth than ever based on consistently strong recruiting. A program known for its fantastic development culture. A defense that's already being mentioned as one that could be elite. So how they get to a 12th place finish is mysterious.

There will always be the Old Guard types around college football and the SEC, and they'll never respect Mizzou. But with these predictions, I just think it's more laziness and indifference than anything else with the analysts. Whatever.
