went there to disrupt and did. He got "roughed up" b/c he refused to obey a lawful order to stand aside.
The officers are NOT required to "get a warrant based on probable cause". It's an immigration (administrative) warrant, issued by Immigration authorities and they are required to already have it for that person.
They are NOT required to show it before or during the arrest, as I've directly linked to you.
You're conflating civil/admin and criminal warrants and you're doing it b/c you WANT to believe something rather than just being objective.
