voluntary federations.

Bottom up decision making, where delegates can be recalled at any time and are mandated to by instruction. Local federations are autonomous but they voluntarily come together with other federations for mutual interests. No hierarchy, power is diffused. People can freely leave federations they don’t like.

All without the coercion of the types of government we have, which ultimately serve themselves not the people.
