biological sex?
This clearly can’t be the case as people routinely use phrases like “he’s not very manly” in speaking of behavior, not the biological sex of a person. So defining what a man is or a woman is goes beyond just biological sex.
Long before trans issues were ever really talked about there were girls who were called tom boys for playing in the dirt instead of with dolls, who had interests in fishing, hunting or sport. Why were they called tom boys and not just girls?
