it was true. It's that simple. When time and time again Biden's clear decline was pointed out, he would excuse it away. Right thought the most disastrous debate in Presidential history. It went from a cold and being tired to the flu to whatever rask needed it to be in his mind. That is how rask operates. Feelings take precedence over all else, facts and reality be damned.
