He isn’t operating within the constraints of that position and is going to great lengths to circumvent the controls around that position or ignoring the constitutional and legal directives and improperly using it almost solely for personal enrichment and power acquisition. Nobody would have a problem if he was just a somewhat terrible and buffoonish president
