Court judges can overrule the president of the United States and effectively set policy for the country both domestically and internationally, that that one judge would be speaking for all 677 Federal District Court judges.
And all the circuit court judges and all the appellate court judges. And the Supreme Court as well.
Because after all, every Supreme Court case has been a unanimous 9–0 verdict.
If judges ever disagreed on a case, that would undermine the entire judicial system, allowing for the fact that judges can have different decisions, interpretations, and understanding of the constitution.
That would be, as the socialists are now Saying about everything… Chaos.
