That is the fault of the voters of Kansas. How many of those were legal? 15 years ago I had a roof put on my house and the girl that owned the business was a Mexican girl from Texas everyone had social security numbers and they did a good job and mt insurance company paid her. Were they all legal? State Farm didn't care.
