are not the only people who do the crimes hokie had claimed. In fact, migrants typically do these things less frequently than American citizens on average.

Illegal immigration needs to be dealt with, but there's a lot of ways to do that, and only going after the migrants who living otherwise legally isn't helping. Trump is going after the low hanging fruit...the folks who aren't committing crimes and are showing up for legal appointments. He's not going after the criminals in any large way.
