The people keep voting her and people like her into office.
She's not the fraud, the people not paying attention are baited through the media and their own ignorance to support her efforts.
Her competence isn't the issue, her execution of the office isn't the issue. They're all bad.
The fact that she's bad and also a revolutionary is the ultimate goal, and a placated/moronic electorate put her there.
I graduated high school in 2000. Our state required a Government credit to graduate. Most of the high performers took government in summer school to get it over with because it was boring and unimportant and the requirement could be finished in 4-6 weeks.
That's probably the crux of the issue.
Make knowing how the most important institution that will ever exist in your life unimportant, then use that to elect emotional revolutionaries like her.
She's not bad, she's a result of the system and we're all too ignorant or involved in our own struggles (as a group) to see it.
