The CAUSE of the massive surge in the past 4 years was the Biden admin and Biden himself literally TELLING people to come to the US; telling the CFP to stand down, using USAID to fund NGOs to fund human migrations from around the globe to enter the US - while making them technically "legal" by accepting or assigning asylum dates years from now.

the ROOT CAUSE for the mass migration was NOT employers.

Employers create some demand, of course, but the scale of that is easily handled by an administration with the intent to do so.
