Poster A makes a specific claim that Poster B "loves price controls"
Poster C asks Poster A to show Poster B's posts saying this
Poster A can't back his claim up, so he says Poster B "loves price controls because Poster B didn't condemn them"
However, Poster B did specifically condemn them. Even in the same thread, and before Poster A claims Poster B never condemned them.
After being unable to prove Poster B "loves price controls", and Poster B undeniably refuted Poster A's claim that "Poster B never condemned price controls", Poster A then doubles down and still says "it's a fact Poster B loves price controls, and even thought Trump would lower prices".
Poster B then shows a post of his from August 2024 in which he condemned Trump's planned tariffs (which Poster A mistook for price controls).
After Poster B clearly proved Poster A to be wrong on all accounts, Poster A then proclaimed "even if Poster B never said these, and never thought these......I still wasn't lying!"
Can anyone explain how Poster A can justifiably say he wasn't lying?
