on the obviously trumped up charges. And I admit it
could easily go either way (not on the law- on the emotional feelings of the jury).

How will you feel if the next administration (if there is one, cause if there is one it will be another unrelated one) awards Garcia 5 million bucks for his kidnapping and false imprisonment?
