Interfering with law enforcement and for harboring criminals, one of the 677 federal District Court judges would say that is unconstitutional.
I don't think we'll hear a peep out of any of the 677 in this case.
Almost no one is above the law, but for Democrats following the law is optional. They're not necessarily ABOVE the law, they just choose to opt out of some of them.
