Democrat corruption at its finest and 99.99 percent of it came from the taxpayers courtesy of the Biden administration. I am an attorney and I can tell you there is no say on God's green earth that firm could have legitimately racked up that kind of bill to a non-profit organization. This is also just the kind of thing the Democrats were afraid that DOGE would uncover.
