egomaniac? Maybe Jimmy Carter…?

In my opinion, this could scar if not derail his entire administration and his legacy. On the other hand, it could elevate him further into the category of statesman and patriot instead of petty egomaniac.

This doesn't look like much and it shouldn't be, but it may be pivotal.
