HS Recruiting is still important for 4 and 5 stars.
After that, I would hope the staff sees eventual starter material and rankings are bogus.
Figure portal guys are as good as legit 2 and 3 star guys. So why bother?
Personally, I think schools could save some dough by reducing the amount of scholarships that can be offered. 60 ought to be enough in this era.
