believe this was the cause of the still birth. That is why she was originally charged. Doctors can tell that the fetus didn’t die months prior.

The charges were later dropped because there was no medical examiner that did an autopsy on the fetus, so the cause of death was never conclusively proved, making your bringing this case up useless and stupid.
