another CT scan in 6 hours. Frustrating when you know this was the likelihood (he had a major brain bleed in. 2010 that would have killed him if not for surgery) and had to wait behind a woman with a skinned knee and another with a “sprained” ankle. Saw her walk perfectly fine across the ER to a restroom.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
