The $$$ are there and the safer neighborhoods.

The only other good choice would be Independence/LeesSummit/BlueSprings type area but that would be a drive for a lot of the population of KC

The best decision would be to stay where they are and make that area into a cool district all around the stadium complex that could be used for both seasons, including decent hotels and businesses. Then the teams keep the parking revenue
