As long as they come legally and obey they laws established by the proper authorities, a concept that is not on Godly but is made very clear to all who follow Christ.

For the record, much as Satan did when attempting to tempt Jesus, this is what it looks like when heretics pull out random passages and attempt to form doctrine around them without using the consistency of Scripture. It is false, hollow, and ultimately unsuccessful.
