I'm fine with the provision, but I doubt it will affect that many people. Many cash tips aren't reported already. And many people who receive cash tips already don't pay any income taxes. I'm not knoaking the provision, as I think it's fine, but I don't think it will have that much of an effect.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
