The socialist in Congress asks a question; a long, wordy, accusatory, and not very subtle "question".
When someone begins to answer and the answer is not going to be what the Democrat wants, he talks over the witness and says "I'm reclaiming my time" and does not let the witness respond fully.
That way, CNN and MSNBC can show the Hard nosed but fair democrat asking a question but not showing the answer on television.
Democrats are so weak, so lame, so dishonest… And so predictable.
The truth is not their friend.
