they think you can just "run it" and the results will be like the Eagles'

Nope, it takes a decent level of commitment to do it an their level. The QB/center exchange, the OL stances, OL takeoff, blocking technique, etc. are all unique and unorthodox and require a certain level of investment.

Everyone could be that good at it, but they refuse to invest the time teaching and repping it.
