Huge difference.... the poor are the wards of the state and if they take taxpayer money for being worthless and non-productive citizens then the taxpayers should tell them how they can spend our money and where to live and what to do ie... they lose rights on spending that money.

And If I want my Off spring to have access to Soda at School it's not the non-elective Man handed first ladies job to have any input into that.
