Ticket office keeps dicking me around

I renewed my season tickets back in early March and called about relocating and they told me to check back in on May 1st.
I called on May 1st and they told me to call back on May 20th because everyone who didn't renew would have their seats available.
I called today and was now told to call back on June 3rd...
wtf?
