they will take a report by phone so your insurance can have a report number. They do not investigate car thefts or car vandalism. Too numerous, too few cops and way too much other violence to deal with.
The ocean of empty seats at Busch is due in large part to the fact downtown is out of control on crime. I can tell you I'm not going down there, even if I wasn't disenchanted with baseball for other reasons already.
