He got caught lying about his background, lied about having a bachelors degree, and faked data on the lexus... He isn't an expert in the field like he claimed he was.
I'm not sure how a mistrial with prejeduce isn't granted, but the judge has basically been a 3rd head of the prosecution so far.
At the very least you have to throw out his entire testimony, right?
