Anti-Natalism and the other called Pro Mortality.
Anti-Natalism is a form of ultilitarianism that twists Arthur Schopenhauer who believed that suffering in life outweighs joy and the best way to reduce suffering is to live a life that reduces desire. Desire cause suffering. Schopenhauer wouldn’t have been an Anti-Natalist. To the Anti-Natalists, having children is selfish because it brings them into a world where they will suffer and die. That it is better to never be born that to be born, suffer and die.
Pro Mortality is a more extreme form. They believe in Anti-Natalism, but that it is better to die than continue living.
This terrorist was the latter.
Basically these people are projecting their personal dissatisfaction with their own life on to others. Miserable people who think people are selfish for having kids because they think everyone is ultimately miserable like themselves.
