read. Not a good look for the new pontiff.
If he had read it (and I hope he doesn't read the leftist rag National Catholic Reporter), he'd see Vance's words follow the Catholic concept of ordo amoris as described by St. Augustine (Doctor of the Church) in City of God, and again by St. Thomas Aquinas (another Doctor of the Church) in the Summa.
