LOL almost all creeks and streams around any city of size reaches the level of contaminated per regulations. And guess what kids and adults alike wade and swim in those places on the regular. Jeez where do you think the homeless men and women bath and wash clothes on occasion.
It's not like it's a sewage pound, it's a normal stream that has the leaching of bacteria into it because of Urban filth.
