backed into a fork lift at Menard's last week

did some damage to the back corner of my Jeep.

The fork lift was basically parked in a loading zone in a bad spot, but I am not sure if they cover it or not.

so submitted a claim, and they would respond within 48 hours. Nothing, so I called, and they gave me their case number (different than the Menard's case number), and told me the adjuster, and if the adjuster did not answer, that he would call back within 24 hours.

I have a feeling there are going to be a lot of 24 hour waiting periods for this claim.
