supporting policies that align with it is silly.

Democrats want (or claim to want) price controls for pharmaceuticals. Though they have had plenty of opportunities to get it passed and have not done so, just like putting Roe v Wade into law, so I tend to think Dem claims are BS and just political talking points. They need talking points for their base and solving them takes that away.
