There is a deal.
It isn't final as it hasn't been formally signed.
China will balk at the last minute to renegotiate.
Trump will respond aggressively.
After that, we'll see what happens, but Trump is wise to publicly trumpet the deal at this stage. It will make China look bad for equivocating. At least to those not addled with TDS.
