solely for that purpose. I think he's terribly naive which is a natural aspect of his lack of fed gvmt experience. He's pretty easily sold as most sellers are and believes he's doing noble things, if sometimes pretty short-sighted or even dumb.
Overall, I love the bold and transparent action and can suffer through the silliness; I care about outcomes.
