Talked to someone this past week whose son had tested for an ATC job. Scored high, but as a white male, he couldn't advance to the interview stage.
They recently reached back out. The DEI candidates weren't meeting their targets for hiring and suddenly the parameters have changed for white males to be considered.
And we know what DEI has done to UCLA's med school as minority students cannot pass their tests to proceed to the next step of training/experience.
