old Norco neighborhood who have moved far away from STL. A few still live in Spanish Lake or Florissant, but it's a grim existence.
Did an on-line home tour of our old house in Spanish Lake. A previous owner had gutted the finished basement. We had a den, a 4th bedroom, a bathroom, and a 2nd kitchen/laundry down there. The furnace/utility room was still there, but only the studs remained.
My brother said it was probably because the house had gone to rental and it was easier to rip everything out instead of fix it from renter damage.
