Here is how I suspect this went down.

Someone in the office approached Bill and said your girl is really a distraction can you leave her at home from now on. Office Bill realizing it was true, and thinking with the big head, agreed that it was a good idea.

Someone decided that this needed to be announced and released it to the press.

Bill gets home to a píssed off hottie who demands that he do something about this. Bill, now thinking with the little head, agrees to fix it for her. He makes a couple of calls and hottie is now unbanned from the football facilities.
