ku is the best example of a college institution paying players under the table to play for them. The NIL has leveled the playing field for garnering talent. Good players don't have to got to ku, NC, Duke, ky, etc. to get paid. Now they go to the highest bidder and ku ain't it. So their talent and level of play has leveled with the top 30 programs.
