misrepresentation.

It is my understanding, and i know mat will correct me if i'm wrong, that the charges were dropped in order to deport him. As i understand it, someone under arrest cannot be deported.

Or something.

USA today wanted this to look like the doj screwed up and arrested a innocent man.
