laws. Deportation is an administrative matter. As long as the Executive Branch follows the letter of the law, the courts have no jurisdiction. Plaintiffs bear the burden of proving the EB has erred. Democrat appointed judges routinely ignore failure to clear this hurdle. Every day SCOTUS fails to reign in rogue Dist. Ct. judges is one step closer to a Constitutional crisis each branch claims to want to avoid.
