There is no actual evidence that he has harmed anyone.

He was a member of a gang, but nothing on what crimes he committed as a gang member

His wife filed for protective custody, but not ever charged, not specific evidence presented in a court of law

He was stopped with 8 people in his car, but no evidence of anything beyond that. A police discussion about it, and then 10 minutes of missing tape and "source" allegations.
