they run like uncoordinated martians. Or if you remember Atari basketball they run like that.

They slow the game down and jack up 3's

And they despise rebounding. They would much rather float around the 3 point line looking for the next 3 to jack.

This method of baseketball does not work, and Gates needs to figure that out quickly or he will be looking for a job.
