PR propaganda campaign this side of voter suppression to get the trump elected in the first place.
Most people (including trumplicans which are near people)
actually believe DOGE is rooting out waste and fraud to save the taxpayer some money. That is not even close to the truth.
DOGE (self) reportedly has cut 164 billion in spending.
They only have receipts for 64 billion. But it has cost
135 billion (thus far-and rising) to make these alleged cuts. Thus at best we have "saved" 29 billion, but more likely it has COST us up to 71 billion to fight this
waste and fraud. Of course they have probably not even found a billion in fraud and very little in actual waste thus far. Which is astounding because there are certainly
hundreds of billions to be found if someone honestly looked for it. DOGE did not.
All of this chaos and strife to run cover for further corruption and of course hundreds of billions in
ADDITIONAL spending.
As the psychophants cheer wildly and the band played on in the darkness.
