that basically claimed the universities were usurping the players N, I, & L without compensation (beyond scholarships and related benefits). It was never a finding that they didn't have the right to set parameters and requirements for competing in collegiate sports. So, as long as enough schools feel like there is a reason to have the NCAA, they will have the right to "govern" sports. If a UT or someone pulls out, it could start a flood, but my suspicion would be that lesser schools would just refuse to play them and then they have a very watered down product that won't be as marketable. Therefore, I don't see it happening in the short run.
